Refund policy

We strive to ensure that your cusom items purchased from Made By Mary Kate are as ordered. As these items are personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept any returns and/or exchanges. That is, all sales are final. 

Should you receive the incorrect item or an item which you believe to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at madebymarykate@gmail.com.  All such inquiries/claims must be made within 10 days or receiving the items.
